DESIGN PROCESS

After you submit an estimate request, you will be contacted to set up an initial consultation.  Our process allows for a free initial consultation and preliminary estimate.  

After the preliminary estimate is approved, we charge a $125 site measure fee for kitchens and $80 for bathrooms.  

A design fee commensurate with the size of the project will also be charged ($100-$1000).  The design fee covers one additional meeting to select materials and design layout.  3D renderings will also be provided for your review.  The design fee allows for one reselection per item.  Additional fees will be charged for additional meetings and reselections of materials.  

After the design is finalized and estimate is signed, we will send an invoice for 50% deposit for labor and materials and 100% deposit for cabinets and countertops. Project will be scheduled and materials will be purchased when the deposit is received.
